Discourse V1 has been released

As promised by the team, Discourse has just hit V1.0. As Jeff Atwood says the version number is mostly arbitrary, but it shows that the software is ready for rapid adoption in communities everywhere. Version numbers are arbitrary, yes, but V1 does signify something in public. We believe Discourse
